Imminence is a company specializing in the development of services for real estate agents.

Pioneering Inter-Agency collaboration in France, the company was created in 2001 by Jean Laurent Lepeu and Jean François Pasquini. Imminence created an online exchange platform for real estate agents. Imminence offered the first MLS (Multiple Listing Service) in France and provided French realtors with the associated services, support, formation and maintenance to allow them to work in collaboration.

More than 1500 real estate agencies in Europe have placed their trust in Imminence.
