Casale Frontignano is a wonderful villa in a peaceful countryside setting that enjoy a panoramic view on the medieval hill town of Todi and on the surrounding country.
Casale Frontignano is placed in a group of buildings: the church, the gatehouse, the swimming pool garden with panoramic swimming pool; the swimming pool house with sauna, locker room, gym; the Spices Garden with sofa, dining table and barbecue.
The main house is made from:
Ground Floor
-    main entrance
-         secondary entrance with cloackroom
-         spacious and furnished kitchen with 3 ovens and fireplace
-         dining/brekfast room
-         very large living room with fireplace and dining room with exit on garden and swimming pool
First Floor:
-         Green Room with double bedroom with closet, large bathroom with bathtub and shower
-         Yellow Room with double bedroom with bathroom (shower)
-         Master Bedroom Suite composed of master double bedroom, wardrobe, bathroom with bathtub and a 16th century sink, and separately room with wc and bidet, living room with fireplace and with TV, computer (with internet connection-ADSL) and bookcase.
-         Blue Room with 2 single bed and bathroom with bathtube and shower
Second Floor with 18th century bedroom doors:
-         Single bedroom with bathroom and wardrobe
-         Double bedroom with bathroom
-         Children Room with 3 single beds and bathroom
-         Large living room with fireplace
With indipendent entrance there are 2 rooms
-         the first at the ground floor with bathroom
-         the second at the I floor, it is the room called “Romantic Room” with four-poster bed, a wonderful terrace with view and a bathroom with shower for 2 person.
