Before starting GREI – Geminian Real Estate Italy in 2005, Gabriela Geminian, Interior Designer as training and school education, plus extensive experience in international contracting, has lived between London, Athens, the Middle East and Milan.
Back in Italy, realizing, as client, that in the real estate field there was an enormous gap of competences compared with extreme rigour of Anglo-Saxon system, this is what made Gabriela decide to start up a new profession establishing the base of operation in the quiet and charming village of Padenghe by lake Garda.
After attending the usual course and exams necessary to properly establish the Agency, Gabriela attended a Master in Finance and Real Estate in the years of 2005/2006 at the ISFOR 2000, seat of University and Impresa business school in Brescia.
Several other courses related to the Masters are a regular commitment for Gabriela Geminian, like attending The Fair Value in Real Estate Estimates Course in 2008 plus continuous updates in the field of European Real Estate events and realities.
The choice from the very beginning was to deal only with a limited number of properties, whose quality and high standard was the most import feature.
The results of this choice, for these past five years have been very positive, as deals closed, a natural increase of references enlarged the portfolio the company. Now the listing is made up by direct reference and personal recommendations.
