HAUSSMANN PRESTIGE is much more than a traditional real estate agency. Founded and directed by Richard Bellanger, HAUSSMANN PRESTIGE believes in offering customized services and expert advice to its clients.
Richard Bellanger is a graduate in Civil Law. He holds a Maîtrise (B.A.) and a DESS (Master's degree) from the University of Toulouse. With more than ten years experience in the real estate community, Richard created early on an extremely
successful online real estate venture (www.123immo.com). More recently, he has implemented, hired, trained, and managed a rapidly growing french network of more than 350 realtors in both the Paris region and in France. Richard Bellanger is also a member of the French National Syndicate of Realtors.
Over the past ten years, Richard Bellanger has witnessed a growing frustration among buyers and sellers, who are disappointed with poor services provided by many traditional real estate agencies: insufficient service, lack of availability, absence of client follow ups, and inadequate advice. Numerous friends and neighbours have expressed a sincere need for quality client-oriented services, advice, expertise, availability and follow up.
Richard's wife and business partner, Sylvie, holds a DEA (Master's degree) in Business Law and is a registered lawyer at the Paris Bar Association. Together they run HAUSSMANN PRESTIGE.
