Jessika has been managing people and businesses for the past 10 years. She has been living in England until recently where she had a diversity of jobs - from opening a night club in Knightsbridge, to managing award winning bars in Chelsea to being an Event Coordinator. As her main concern is customer service, she knows how to meet the expectations of people who demand the highest standards. Jessika brought structure and her organizational skills to Rio Exclusive, and she understands the importance of being proactive and professional at all times. She has complimented her work with different managing courses throughout the years. Interacting with people from a variety of backgrounds and nationalities, as well as learning languages, makes Jessika a natural choice to manage the Rio Exclusive team. She is aware that everyone has different mentalities and priorities, which makes her leadership with Rio Exclusive especially strong. She was invited to joined the team in July 2009 and is currently developing all the concierge and custom services. Jessika speaks Italian, English as well as her natural language of Spanish - which makes her our first contact for all Italian and Spanish speaking guests. As well as these responsibilities, Jessika is also helping to launch Colombia Exclusive, and is currently splitting her time between Bogota and Rio.

Juliana Guzman is one of the founders of Rio Exclusive. She started this company in 2007 and has built it into the number one luxury accommodation rental company in Rio de Janeiro. Born in Bogota, Colombia Juliana has lived in England, France, Spain and Brazil, now her home. She graduated with a degree in Financial Administration, as well as studying economics and International Relations in London. Along with Juliana's international education and experiences, contacts and business background, she also brings enthusiasm, creativity and ambition to Rio Exclusive. She is fluent in Spanish, English, and Portuguese and conversational in French. Her focus is on running day to day operations of Rio Exclusive, as well as buying and selling of luxury real estate in Copacabana, Ipanema, Arpoador and neighborhoods beyond. She has invaluable and exclusive contacts throughout Rio, Brazil, South America and Europe - which enables her to gain access to the most elite properties in Rio. Juliana understands that buying or selling a property in Rio, whether as a home or investment, is one of the most important and significant events in a person's life. Because of this, she always puts her guests' priorities and needs number one. 

Leonardo was born and raised in Rio de Janeiro. He graduated with a degree in Media and Publicity, and earned his MBA in marketing, and this, along with his multilingual skills, has enabled Leonardo to form an international career. He speaks English, French, Spanish, German and his native Portuguese, and has travelled to over 50 countries - dealing with many different cultures, people and markets - where he has given marketing and sales lectures, presentations, all the while developing his own sales strategies. Leonardo lived in Switzerland working in the fashion industry, and upon returning to Brazil he worked for Brazil's top multinational jeweler in a sales capacity, 2 years of which was managing it's international store about the Queen Mary 2 luxury cruise ship. He has now returned to Rio de Janeiro once again, and building upon his strong sales skills, has become a licensed real estate broker. Along with these strong sales skills, and his marketing background, Leonardo has dealt with many of the world's most discerning luxury clients, which gives him the ability to recognize each person and their specific needs, giving his clients more than just a purchase, but an experience. Leonardo joined Rio Exclusive to help the real estate sales department grow, and to find the best opportunities for our purchasing clients, in this very competitive Brazilian market.

Mike was born in Toronto, Canada and is of British descent. He graduated with an honors degree in Business Administration majoring in Finance from Wilfrid Laurier University in Waterloo, Canada. He has been with our team since July 2008 and has been involved in the continued growth of Rio Exclusive in the luxury accommodation rental market. Along with living in Canada, Mike has also lived in England and now Brazil. He has traveled throughout the world to more than 30 countries and brings with him dedication and enthusiasm for accommodating every guest he has. Mike is one of our sales executives and is the main point of contact for English speaking guests. He strives to make sure every one of his guest experiences is memorable and wants to be sure that your stay in Rio de Janeiro is unforgettable.
