sì è stato un successo, mi sono chiesto le ragioni e mi sono risposto perchè è stato un grande successo.
La prima ragione è che avete fatto un grande lavoro ed avete dimostrato allo stesso tempo una grande professionalità e grande amicizia. Non facile non tra persone di cultura, abitudini e realtà di vita differenti. L’ambiente ed il pathos sono stati obiettivamente inaspettati.
La seconda sono i contenuti. I relatori sono stati scelti con grande “vision” peril futuro. La crisi ha tolto a molti vision per il futuro, le vostre scelte l’hanno ricreata mostrandoci degli elementi importantissimi:
a) la forza del gruppo.
b) l’importanza della conoscenza.
c) l’importanza di una informazione aggiornata.
d) la capacità di affrontare difficoltà e prospettive non in solitudine.
La terza è l’atmosfera. Tutti imprenditori del luxury real estate piuttosto esperti. Ma quello che ha vinto è stata la voglia di crescere e di collaborare non quella di eccellere.
Questo congresso rappresenta la vittoria del lavoro di gruppo sull’individualismo. Rappresenta l’affermazione della forza del team sulla debolezza del lavoro del singolo. E rappresenta anche la capacità di puntare sull’internazionalizzazione di un progetto rispetto ad una visione localistica e limitata.
Sinceramente mi aspettavo un buon convegno ma non di tornare a casa “sentendomi” parte di una iniziativa voluta, pensata e attuata per le nostre aziende. Lavorare bene per le nostre aziende significa anche proteggere il nostro futuro e con questo quelle delle nostre famiglie e nostro. Mi sembra moltissimo!!!! E se tutto è andato così bene la ragione, più o meno conscia od inconscia, non può che essere questa.
Ma il lavoro è appena cominciato ora bisogna crescere perchè eccellere oggi significa saper crescere in un mercato che non è più capace di garantire niente a nessuno!”
