This Meeting was the perfect occasion for Mister MONTICONE to introduce ADP Agency to his fellow members, but also to present an insight of the Garda Lake Market. “As far as the Holiday-Home market is concerned, although the demand from foreign people is starting again, the main buyers remain Italian Natives with a€ 800.000 ceiling price – sometimes the demand goes up to €1.5M. Natives or Foreigners, they all ask for one thing : “Location Location Location”, that is to say “Lake View !” “
In few words, this meeting was stimulating and full of interested points to be discussed : from Events to Prestige MLS New Website.
Common objective of Prestige MLS Members : collaborate and benefit from one another in order to promote Prestige MLS Business Club throughout the World and therefore give their agencies some visibility worldwide . “Joining Prestige MLS also means promoting a Quality Label, which is essential for all of us to acquire visibility concerning the principal stages of Luxury Real Estate”.
We came back from Milan satisfied of the welcome and enthousiasm of Members concerning the different points suggested and discussed.
