After our conference in Montreal, Canada, the next stop on our American adventure set in California, on the occasion of our Business Trip to Los Angeles. Follow the guide for a full report!
During three days, our team visited the headquarters of each one of our LA Member, visited the most beautiful properties, and debated on the state of real estate markets
Los Angeles is an extremely important center for all luxury real estate aficionados. Proof is, the first US luxury realtors to join our network were from LA. And ever since, our network has kept growing, both in the Los Angeles area, and throughout the rest of the US territory.
As such, it felt quite obvious that if we were to show an area in the US to our European Members, it would be LA. From June 22-25, we spent three days introducing Europeans to Angelenos luxury realtors. The Prestige MLS team was joined by two European agencies of our organization: Prestige de France and Agence du Cap.
During three days, our team visited the headquarters of each of our LA Member, visited the most beautiful properties listed by them, and debated on the state of different real estate markets.
Day 1: Discovering LA and Joyce Rey’s unique home
The first afternoon of our business trip was dedicated to our newest Member in LA, Joyce Rey. Our European realtors had the chance to first get to know Beverly Hills, the true hub for luxury real estate in Los Angeles.
Joyce Rey and her team showed us her offices on Canon Drive, and then took us for a tour of property in Lania Lane. A magnificent one-of-a-kind palatial compound with total privacy and security.
Day 2: Meeting Rodeo Realty and John Aaroe Group
Day 2 into our Californian adventure took us again to Beverly Hills, for a visit to two famous agencies in LA, who are also Prestige MLS Members. In the morning, our team discovered Rodeo Realty headquarters for a meeting with the agency’s CEO, Syd Leibovitch. It was followed by a visit of Owlwood Estate. The estate is an amalgamation of three storied celebrity properties for which previous owners include Jane Mansfield, Sonny and Cher, and Tony Curtis.
In the afternoon, we were welcome in John Aaroe’s offices, located directly on the iconic Rodeo Drive. After a meeting with Chief Marketing officer Heidi Hockenberry, the company CEO himself, John Aaroe, took us on a tour of property in Sunset Strip: exceptional gated and private architectural home with explosive 270 degree views of Los Angeles.
Wednesday: Americans discover European markets
After two days of intense discovery of the LA market, it felt natural to give a chance to our European Members to return the favor, and introduce their own markets. The conference brought together all of our three US Members in Sixty hotel in Whilshire Street.
European Members Prestige de France and Agence du Cap both presented investment opportunities in the French Riviera. Eventually, all realtors were able to exchange, debate and network, to take international collaboration one step further.
Thank you again to all participants and to our US Members for their generosity on this Los Angeles business trip!
