Launched in 2008, Club Med Villas & Chalets is a new concept in property ownership, offering 40 Villas in Mauritius and 80 Chalet-Apartments in Valmorel, French Alps, for sale.
This innovative new package offers freehold ownership at two Luxury Club Med resorts in stunning locations in the French Alps and in Mauritius, with exceptional added value benefits:
- Owners have their properties managed as part of a leaseback programme under which they may exchange vacation weeks at no cost, enabling them to stay at selected other top Club Med resorts around the world.

- Both resorts offer a signature spa, sauna, swimming pool and fitness facilities, with activities such as skiing lesson (Valmorel), tennis and golf lessons (Mauritius), Kids’ and Teens’ Clubs, choice of bars and restaurants and entertainment.
THE VALMOREL CHALET-APARTMENTS, FRENCH ALPS:
Nestled on the mountainside and enjoying an exceptional ski-in ski-out position, the luxurious Chalet-Apartments feature charming and authentic Alpine architecture inspired by Savoyard villages, which blends perfectly with the surrounding environment.
The Valmorel Club Med Village officially opened on 18th December 2011 and is the first Club Med ski resort offers three different experiences: a 4 Trident resort, 5 Trident restaurant and entertainment spaces, and Chalet-Apartments. Valmorel will have a total of 80 Chalet-Apartments available under a property ownership program which will be launched in a series of four phases. The first phase consisting of 27 Chalet-Apartments was delivered in December 2011 when the resort was first opened to the public.
The new phase of properties comprises a selection of 19 two, three and four bedrooms Chalet-Apartments which are expected to be ready to move into by Christmas 2012, with prices starting from 546.000€, and going up to 1.306.000€ (before tax) for the most spacious properties.
Due to the sales succès of Valmorel first phase, which is now 65% sold in less than a year, Club Med is launching Phase 2 of the development.
THE ALBION VILLAS AT LA PLANTATION d’ALBION, MAURITIUS:
The Indian Ocean island of Mauritius was the first Club Med destination to include a real estate offer. There are already 26 finished luxury Villas at Albion and Phase 3 has now launched. sì è stato un successo, mi sono chiesto le ragioni e mi sono risposto perchè è stato un grande successo.
La prima ragione è che avete fatto un grande lavoro ed avete dimostrato allo stesso tempo una grande professionalità e grande amicizia. Non facile non tra persone di cultura, abitudini e realtà di vita differenti. L’ambiente ed il pathos sono stati obiettivamente inaspettati.

La terza è l’atmosfera. Tutti imprenditori del luxury real estate piuttosto esperti. Ma quello che ha vinto è stata la voglia di crescere e di collaborare non quella di eccellere.
Questo congresso rappresenta la vittoria del lavoro di gruppo sull’individualismo. Rappresenta l’affermazione della forza del team sulla debolezza del lavoro del singolo. E rappresenta anche la capacità di puntare sull’internazionalizzazione di un progetto rispetto ad una visione localistica e limitata.
Sinceramente mi aspettavo un buon convegno ma non di tornare a casa « sentendomi » parte di una iniziativa voluta, pensata e attuata per le nostre aziende. Lavorare bene per le nostre aziende significa anche proteggere il nostro futuro e con questo quelle delle nostre famiglie e nostro. Mi sembra moltissimo!!!! E se tutto è andato così bene la ragione, più o meno conscia od inconscia, non può che essere questa.
Ma il lavoro è appena cominciato ora bisogna crescere perchè eccellere oggi significa saper crescere in un mercato che non è più capace di garantire niente a nessuno! »

Another year gone, another wonderful Event. This year, Prestige MLS 3rd Annual Luxury Real Estate Congress has taken place in Italy, at the San Clemente Palace Hotel, a splendid 5 Star Resort located on a private Island of the Venice Lagoon.
This exciting edition has been a success right from the start; the fantastic organization by Prestige MLS, the superb location, the interesting Conferences and the collaborative spirit of the participants have all contributed to create an explosive atmosphere, rich of interesting happenings.
Almost one hundred attendees have come from all over the world to Venice.
The two-day program of the Congress has offered the opportunity to our members to meet personally, to reinforce the already strong connections and to do business with one another. And in fact the “Business Dating” and the Workshops have been the perfect occasion for members to showcase their properties, to network, and to discuss the evolution of the Business Club – Prestige MLS is going to present a lot of exciting news in the months to come!
The contribution given by the speakers has not been any less important: four experts have covered very interesting topics at the Conferences: Greg Moesser has given to our members some precious advice on how to attract European buyers and foreign investors into their markets; Francesca Zirnstein has presented an overview of the International Luxury Real Estate trends and the concept of “Trophy Properties”; Matthew Ferrara has underlined the importance and impact of Social Media into our business and lives, and has spoken of a few tips regarding Real Estate Marketing; Jean-Michel Billaut has shown the weight and magnitude of robotics in our society.
Five have been the members rewarded for their excellence and hard work shown during the year 2011; many thanks to our partner Martin Leyrit of Barth Jewels, who once again has created five beautiful trophies just for the Event.
